Mortal Kombat 1 is preparing a server stress test – how can you take part?

Next week, Warner Bros. Games will roll out the Mortal Kombat 1 online server stress test. Scheduled from June 23 at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm BST (5pm for France) / 5pm CEST until June 26 at the same time, this test will allow selected players to discover the 1 vs 1 online multiplayer mode as well as a limited single-player mode called Klassic Towers.

For the full game launch, Mortal Kombat 1 is scheduled for September 19with a Premium Edition and a Kollector Edition offering early access from September 14 for those who purchase them. These special editions also include a Kombat Pack that will give players early access to six new playable characters.

It should be noted that NetherRealm is developing the current-gen console versions of the game, while QLOC is handling the PC version and Shiver Entertainment/Saber Interactive is overseeing the Nintendo Switch version. The aim of this new opus is to present a reborn Mortal Kombat universecreated by character Liu Kang, featuring reinvented versions of the franchise’s iconic characters.
